Meeting Information

• Meetings held: March through November-the Joe and Anna Hadwick Tournament takes place in May, Field Day is held in August and the NTA Tournament is held in October.
• Annual Meeting Held: November
• Election of new officers: November Annual Meeting
• Meetings usually have registration/networking with coffe and rolls, followed by education, lunch and golf in the afternoon (weather pending).

Membership dues deadline: January 1, delinquent March 15, removed from NGCSA membership on June 15

Membership application and approval process: Each applicant shall furnish satisfactory evidence of his qualification to association’s board of directors, which is the sole judge of the applicant’s qualifications for membership. One year’s dues must accompany application.
